Contact form and live chat — if you write to us through our contact form or the live chat on this site, we collect your name, email address (if you give it) and your message so we can respond. Live chat messages are delivered to our support team through Telegram.

Automatically collected information — like most websites, we collect your IP address, browser type, device info, and pages viewed, for security, analytics, and to keep things like your shopping cart working correctly.

• Legal requirements — if required to comply with the law or protect our rights.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain order information as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Contact form and live chat messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, ask us to delete it (where we’re not required to keep it, e.g. for tax records), or object to certain uses.
